Hour Helping Hands is a mobile CPR, AED, and First Aid training business serving West Palm Beach and surrounding South Florida communities. We come to you!

We offer classes for individuals and groups, initial certifications, and renewals. Most classes run 2–4 hours depending on certification type, and you'll receive your certification card the same day — most certifications are valid for 2 years.
